to show significant improvement with his own recruits fully in the system. He had success at Maryland when they were still apart of the ACC, so we need to give him a chance and let this play out after full 4 seasons. Mason had 4 full seasons and Szefc deserves that as well, IMO. If we’re still not making progress heading into the summer of 2021 and Whit wants to go in a different direction, then I would be on board with that move.
